Day 24

It was a rainy day. Wanted to go BTNR at first. But ended up writing some letters and since it was raining I decided to do some exercises at home.

It’s a mixture of antagonistic, core and leg but this set consisted of the following at around 45s each, for 3 sets

  • Pushups
  • Flys
  • Reverse arm curls
  • Ys with resistant band
  • External rotation (15× each hand)
  • Triceps with resistant band
  • Scapular contractions (5x)
  • Superman
  • Oblique left
  • Oblique right
  • Leg raises
  • Squats

Been doing the oblique exercises for a while now and I think I can now see the shape of my obliques! Never knew where they were before. And initially I thought this protruding thing was a lump of fat. Pretty cool what weeks of consistent training can get you.

Chopped off a significant length of my hair with much satisfaction and sat down and toastbox for a cup of tea.
