Day 28

It’s been about 4 weeks since I started exercising and climbing more.

The first week was bad. I was really tired by mid week and at my third climbing session of the week I was totally wasted.

So I’ve since adjusted the intensity and this week I felt that the body has been recovering much quicker with each workout session.

Pretty amazing what consistency can produce.

I think logging trainings are important because seeing progress in training helps me see the effectiveness of my training and then motivates me to continue.

Let’s hope I’ll continue to have the time to do so as it may seem that my stage of unemployment may be ending sooner than expected!
